Ironically the fancy new glass-fronted buildings at my wife’s school turned into furnaces this summer, so everyone retreated to the Victorian classrooms.
If it helps, they’re desperate for pupils right now and are cutting back massively. A lot of projects are still going ahead, but that’s inertia.
