Could be an immature horse/field mushroom (they have white/pink gills before turning brown), but the gills of some nasty Amanita species always stay white. If there’s a bag-like structure around the base of the stalk it’s Amanita.
Need to have a closer look at the gills and the very base of the stem to be sure. It could be a field mushroom, a horse mushroom , or possibly Amanita ☠️. Look for yellow staining when cut too.
It appeared underneath my bird table. The seeds can lay dormant in the soil for many years apparently. Interesting plant, but I don't want it in my garden!
