For those not following NJ politics, please know that the Lt Gov resigned a few days ago because a report came out saying he did serial harassment, and yesterday he went on TV to say "i put that report through multiple AIs and they told me it wasn't sexual harassment."

We have service animals in church, but I also occasionally see dogs not identified as service animals and not looking like it, and our priests are fine with it.

Just on normative grounds, it is bad, bad, bad not to give people opt-out options of any government automation process. The point is to change the default, not to compel participation.

Just a reminder that people don’t always realize they were raped in the immediate aftermath. It can take hours, days, months, and even years to realize you were raped, and it doesn’t make it any less true. There are many kinds of responses, including fawning and trying to appease your rapist
