WARNING: The Ellison family is about to own CBS News AND CNN.
A judge just cleared the deal. Closing: days away.
When one family controls what tens of millions watch, democracy loses a watchdog. Independent media isn't a luxury.
It's your last line of defense.

We went from "armed gunman mere seconds away from shooting the president is killed by Secret Service" to "guy with a shotgun falls down on a different floor well outside the entrance of the ballroom and we can't find the bullets because that just happens sometimes" awfully fast.

The richest man owns X.

The second and fourth richest men control Google.

The third richest man owns The Washington Post.

The fifth richest man owns Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

And now the sixth richest could soon take over both Paramount and Warner Bros.

See the problem here?

That one person can drag us into a war without consulting or even notifying Congress beforehand, or our allies, or coherently explain to the American people why this is necessary, is absolutely bonkers.

Reminder that Congress has the power to stop this.

Epstein's operation had three layers of protection.

The banks moved the money.
The lawyers hid the evidence.
The DOJ looked the other way.

All three layers are now exposed in the files.

None have led to new charges.

The fix: hold two debates with mixed polling tiers, then one debate later with only the top candidates. Other states have done this. It’s not hard.
