It started with thinking if the coordination basis of a vectorscope has a relation to RGB, and apparently I found the transformation matrix from RGB to a vectorscope (with arbitrary luminance). The visualization of between normal (with a slight noise) and converted bitmaps is below.

When translators say they hate doing MTPE because it's faster to just do it from scratch and results in better material, we're not exaggerating. If I was a proofreader and a translator handed me this, I would immediately tell the PM to fire them. No translation is genuinely better than an MT in loc.

if you're that desperate to see your favourite scrunkly, play the fucking games they are from. they're called kingdom hearts, crash bandicoot, sonic the hedgehog, mega man, etc etc and you can find them pretty easily on the internet and they're fun to play and don't contribute to the slop machine :)
look all i'll say is that if i, a dumbass who regularly played the dumb third person battle royale video game and sunk a thousand hours into it and probably about that many dollarydoos too, can drop it instantly without a single thought, then what's stopping you
