People saying "transgender ideology" in 2026 sound like people saying "race-mixing ideology" in 1956, and their kids and grandkids will feel embarrassment at their feckless cowardice.

A lot of Dems could take a lesson from this and openly acknowledge that their opponents are bigots. The resistance (mostly from establishment centrists) to stating plainly what's happening instead of using weasel words for the sake of civility is what makes voters think we're spineless.
Now the bigot wants a promotion. But this year we’ll end his political career instead.
