The role of Natalie Harp, who used to work for far-right television channel One America News Network, is interesting. She has no conceptual baggage about media plurality or open government. Trump thinks the same, but for a party facing electoral wipeout this is not good news.
Firstly, it is highly unusual to see any solidarity in MSM, let alone US corporate media. They might sense a weakness here. With midterms coming up and Trump's disapproval ratings worsen, the GOP needs to reach non-Trump loyalists through the usual channels. They won't be watching Trump TV.
