With no freeze threats in sight, the garden continues on. I’ve now got volunteer tomato and eggplant seedlings popping up. Purple broccoli, red cabbage, eggplant, and brussel sprouts are almost ready to pick too. 🌱🍽️🍜

Love working outside on beautiful days like today! Planted a blueberry bush, summer squash, Brussels sprouts, and cauliflower. Onions and all my garlic varieties (5 of them) are looking great! Also planted potatoes in grow bags. A productive day.

Dinner tonight was a pork loin with a blueberry salsa served with corn pudding and broccoli cauliflower casserole and bourbon honey glaze carrots Mark, Bentley and I loved it!

Ah! You are on Bluesky! Then let me tell you we also love the pots de creme, the Pasadena chicken salad, the tuna steak with baby bok choy salad, the bison meatloaf, the cauliflower mash, the blueberry smoothie, and the coconut yogurt with blueberry compote. My picky family loves all of it!
