I’ve decided that 2024 is the Year of the Spider. Get out of my way or prepare to have your stories devoured~
Anonsee with faer hair in afropuffs and a black obsidian tiara on. Faer makeup is black and red, with black spider paw wings around both eyes and a red cobweb over faer upper cheeks and to the side of faer eyes. Faer lipstick is five stripes - three black stripes with two blood red off the middle. Fae wears faer spider necklace and a mesh cobweb top over a gray croptop that reads “knife wife” Faer looking at you hungrily.

I don't have masses of garter stitch projects for this week's #ShowMeYourKnits but I managed to find four. As usual, you'll find the details in the alt text, though you may need to scroll down to find 'em.
A handknit garter stitch and eyelet shawl in rainbow colours. Pattern is Volna by Grumperina Yarn is my own handspun using Polwarth fibre from Siobhans Crafts A garter stitch and lace scarf with muted pink and purple stripes. The scarf is swirled round on a white background. Pattern is Close To You by Justina Lorkowska Yarn is Glenesk Handspun Wool 4ply from Woolrush Close up detail of a hand knitted garter stitch shawl. Brightly coloured stripes of varying widths (pink, purple, yellow, blue and black) intersect as the shawl is draped across itself Pattern is Tre o Molti by Anthony Casalena Yarn is the leftovers from many different lace projects - lace weight is held double and cobweb tripled, to approximate fingering weight.
