It is the "Who wants to" meme format. In the first panel, the speaker asks the crowd, "Who wants to imagine being chased and fucked by a monster?" The crowd raises their hands. In the second panel, the speaker, now looking saddened, asks the crowd, "Who actually wants a monster to fuck them (it will be painful)?".
