It *should* come as a surprise that he thinks Gateway's capacity was 190,000 barrels per day when it was actually 525,000.

OMG, Gateway's capacity is 3,500. I mean, it looked sparse to me on broadcasts, but I had convinced myself that camera angles and such must be underrepresenting total seating. I was thinking something around 6-7k. 3,500 is pathetic. What a nightmare for them. I'm glad they're moving.
