I don't defend Ian Huntley's disgusting crimes (murders of children Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman) but, when other prisoners are allowed to attack him in prison and put him in hospital, it is a failure of #DavidLammy, the #UK #MinistryOfJustice and #HMPrison&ProbationService.
