Is there any complementarity between the ICJ's and the IACtHR's advisory opinions on climate change? I argue there is, specifically on attribution, causation, and remedies, albeit from specific approaches.

Lots of really strong references to the principle of common but differentiated responsibilities and respective capabilities here. Between this and the IACtHR’s suggestion that CBDR-RC can be applied to corporations, there really seems to be new life being breathed into the principle.
