The moth's slender antennae are yellow and feathery, emerging from the fluffy head just above the dark eyes which one is visible on the left. The moth's head is covered in the same fluffy white scales as the front legs. The second pair of legs just visible on the lower sides of the frame are black and slender, with small bands of white just visible.
