I need a way to block KG&TLW on Bandcamp. It's like a fucking virus how many albums they release. Half the listings on every page I browse are them.
I've checked 'em out. They're fine. But damn I don't see why they need to release an album a day or whatever the fuck they're doing.

That's fair, thanks for getting my fiance into KG&TLW and therefore also me into king giz. Huge life improvement in music listening.

Thank God I'm not enough of a KG&tLW fan to be at Field of Vision this weekend and trying to deal with this with little cell service.

#27: KG&TLW - Quarters Oh boy. I'm gonna probably get some flack for this, but I do not like this album. Four jazzy psych-rock tracks, all the same length (10m10s) all feeling like extended jams, it SHOULD be my kind of thing, but it's just... Not. (1/2)

#26: KG&TLW - I'm In Your Mind Fuzz
Oh here we fucking go. This album shows King Gizzard going in a more krautrock-influenced (at least I assume it is) direction. The opening medley is one of their best sets of songs, but the whole album is stellar. (1/2)

Ooh boy. So this is... Tricky. This is a good collection of songs but the lack of cohesion between tracks and the VERY lo-fi production makes the album never really gel for me. Great riffs, good lyrics, amazing texture with the lo-fi production (1/2)

#23 (#1 over here, but shhh): KG&TLW - Float Along -- Fill Your Lungs
The album where they really caught my attention the first time, a fuzzed out psychedelic throwback that just hits so many high points and is easily in the top tier of their albums. So good.
Fave song: Head On/Pill
Rating: 10/10

122. King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard - Flight b741: Quiet year for KG&TLW. Just one studio album, plus a live album that came out this week, instead of the usual 4 or 5 releases. Harking back to their earlier albums with those familiar KG&TLW licks. It's all good. I go where they lead.

If people listened to Gizzard & Co., they'd get paid like anybody else on the world's most popular streaming music site. If the world's most popular artists are ON Spotify and KG&TLW are NOT....well who's the loser? Good luck to a band not many people know nor care much about.
