Best dressed in Emmys tonight for me is Zendaya in Prada, Taylor Dearden in Naeem Khan, Chase Infiniti in Louis Vuitton, and Florence Pugh in Vivienne Westwood.
Zendaya in a semi-sheer bejeweled Prada gown. Plunging neckline, differing length crystals, fitted waist and column skirt. Jewelry is from Mikimoto’s Petals collection, including the Les Pétales Place Vendôme White South Sea Cultured Pearl earrings, and a Rolex watch. Dearden in a deep blood red gown. The floor length sanguine gown is textured in a subtle pink orange, but that flows naturally. Fitted bodice and a-line silhouette. Jewelry is by Neil Lane. Louis Vuitton mermaid-cut strapless dress covered in copper beads off-the-shoulder structured gown in lilac, constructed with a corseted bodice and A-line silhouette. Sleeves are colored a darker wisteria shade in semi-sheer.

Not enough love is given to Macross II: Lovers Again.

Sure it's kind of the odd one in the entire Macross franchise & featuring no involvement from the franchise creators, but there's still quite a fair bit to like about it such as Shirō Sagisu's music as well as Haruhiko Mikimoto's design work.

Ambivalent! Cool planes, love Haruhiko Mikimoto's character designs and art style in the 80s. but, I never got super into it 'cause we never really got much of it beyond the first series.

The rock musical one Macross 7 always interested me! I understand that it's an acquired taste tho.

The character was rendered using Koikatsu and its shaders. It was then edited in Photoshop, first by creating the background and finally by applying effects and smart filters to achieve a watercolor look. The idea is to recreate Haruhiko Mikimoto's watercolor style. #マクロス #misahayase #早瀬未沙 #macross

Since I started with the koikatsu in 2019 I have been struggling to get the best possible likeness of Misa according to the official artwork, Mikimoto's designs. Now I think I can say that I have succeeded.

17. mobile suit gundam école du ciel is great and should get an anime adaptation. partly to actually finish the story, partly to make it more accessible, and partly because mikimoto’s action paneling is not very good but might work better animated lol
