There were times I felt hopeless and defeated. I even hurt myself once. If I hadn't sought help, I'm not sure where'd I'd be. Guys, it does get more painful when you don't do something about it. Seeking help did me wonders, and I still felt very much like a man. #Men'sMentalHealthAwarenessMonth
