I lose me cheap Bluetooth earbuds all the time so I built myself a SunVox patch that's just a biting high-pitched synth with a ton of vibrato so that I can play it at max volume and find them pretty much anywhere– between the vibrato and changing notes it's fairly easy to locate.

The older version has a fan patch you can fiddle with for mixed results. The remaster .. oh, they actually made a Definitive Edition on console that’s better, I would just check out that one. Oh, and there’s a remake too - are you going to play that?!?

Apparently there's going to be a patch to fix this enemy up, think I'll wait for that til I play it again rather than forcing myself through the torture of the current version

benefit to steam is it lets ppl buy and support the games that dont know about shit like mangagamer or just for the convenience of being on steam and u can play elsewhere or patch pretty easy. But a lotta ppl also will just see a thing and play it and not know and be missing a huge thing

I heard that one is getting an official localization at some point but why suggest it when people can't currently play it in English without a patch/mod.... someone rec'd it to me before but I was like I'll hold off until the official translation is out

set up a virtual machine just to play the original eng patch of this godforsaken game because it kept freezing on me. no one should be this committed to their yaoi fix but alas

u gotta try ac3 jp version with the english patch its very funs. i play it on my vita. the sotry is compelling despite its limitations of the time but what takes the cake is the presentation at all times

Air Combat is very clearly a PS1 launch title but it's pretty solid and like 2hrs long
AC2 is similarly short but massively improved
AC3 Electrosphere is sick, very GitS-coded, but play LoadWordTeam's JP->ENG patch, the US version guts the multi-disc branching routes
