Vancu, the Toon Dog from ToonTown was over at a PAX East last weekend. This time he’s over at Las Vegas Fur Con #LVFC2026 looking to rock out and party throughout the convention as demonstrated with Pacesetter’s Electric Guitar!

most lore accurate answer if you just view pacesetter’s fight from the angle of “I GOT THIS. IM FINE. THIS IS FINE. IM SOOOOO FINE” until the period cramps actually kick in

Isle of Man TT's early pacesetter's sending an ominous message
Limited practice running means you'd be forgiven for thinking most 2025 Isle of Man TT runners still feel a little bit rusty. But the early pacesetter says he's ready to go racing now

Did a little poking around after work, and found a Reddit thread from five or so years back that says Dan acquired the Sandman secret when he bought the rest of Pacesetter's stuff so... there's a chance!

Pest's Katsuwagata album is the most Pacerpest music lovechild album ever. in my brain they made that shit together

I am also very tempted to put the Katsuwagata themes as Pacesetter's normal/overclocked themes because they fit so well methinks

I wouldn't have such a ridiculous RPG library if the answer here wasn't, "Too many." 😂

MERP, FASA Star Trek and Doctor Who, Maelstrom, paperback Dragon Warriors, Paranoia 1e, 2e and XP, Pacesetter's Chill 1e and Timemaster, James Bond, Lords of Creation, and so many more. So many.

"However, it wasn’t until deep in the ’80s that more appeared, such as Pacesetter’s Sandman (1985), which was co-authored by Andria Hayday, and Chaosium’s Hawkmoon (1986), a solo effort by Kerie Campbell."

Short doodle before i sleep #ttcc #toontowncorporateclash

also tried alt text, not good at explaining images but i can practice lol
First panel features Google and Pacesetter drawing. Pacesetter is saying "hmmm..." as he thinks of what to draw. The second panel shows Google holding up a drawing of Pacesetter in an anime style, saying "Here's what I drew!" In the third panel, Google asks, "what did you draw"? Pacesetter is very nervous to show his drawing. In the fourth panel Pacesetter holds up his own drawing, one of himself in a poorly drawn manner. He says "I didn't realize we were drawing each other... I thought we were drawing awesome people." Google reacts surprised, saying "Oh." A drawing of Google and Pacesetter holding up pieces of paper. Google's features a drawing of Pacesetter. Pacesetter's paper has a drawing of Google, alongside his own signature at the top.

No need to split hairs over minor details, right?
Within a Toon Estate, two Toons are working together. A gray koala carefully throws a portable hole up onto the ceiling, stating “There! If my calculations are right, the portable hole should be linked to a place with plenty of bowling balls.” A white cat paints a white square on the floor, with a sign labeled "Bowling Balls: 100 Beans Each." She says "Perfect! We'll be rolling in Jellybeans in no time. Race car beds, here we come!” The Koala kneels down, letting the Cat step onto their shoulders and get up to the hole, warning them, "Just be careful we don't know what's on the other side." The Cat waves off their concerns as she begins to reach in, saying "Relaaax, what's the worst that could happen?" The Cat’s head pops out the Portable Hole’s other end, hanging upside-down with a confused stare. She finds herself in a dark space with a waxy floor. From the bottom left of the frame, a purple-pink bowling ball is speeding towards her face. Zooming outwards, the scene is a neon bowling alley, similar in palette to the Pacesetter’s apartment. At the end of the lane the bowling ball SLAMS into the Cat with the sfx "STRIKE" around her. The Pacesetter and Firestarter, wearing matching bowling uniforms, are playing together. The Firestarter claps as the Pacesetter gloats, despite using bumpers to do achieve the strike.

Day 31: Chill 1e. I miss OG Pacesetter and 80s Chill. A wonderful tribute to Hammer Horror and Roger Corman films alike, Chill was the first ever traditional
Horror RPG (CoC was cosmic horror) & it died more because of Pacesetter’s internal issues rather than a lack of popularity.
