In this video, I show why #PowerQuery's Refresh All is not always the best choice when working with multiple queries in #Excel. 🔄
See how refreshing everything at once can accidentally wipe out manually classified data — and why some workbooks need a staged refresh process:

A while ago, I asked a co-worker how many ways he knew of to round a number. His answer was 1: if it ends in .4, round ⬇️ ; if it ends in .5, round ⬆️ . Most people have a similar answer, but that's NOT how #PowerQuery's ROUND function actually works. 😮 Learn more about it:

How has it taken me this long to discover
Table.FilterWithDataTable()
in #PowerQuery's M code?

Does anyone know how this compares speed-wise with merging on an inner join or using List.PositionOf() and then filtering?

Swap multiple values for another value

That means there is no external file to delete or move, and users cannot accidentally break it. The trade-off is that to edit it, you must understand the ⚙ gear icon workflow in #PowerQuery's Query Editor.
