We'll find out at 1pm today, but if R3 remains somewhat regional, RIFC's most likely opponents could be HoP, Westchester, Loudoun, or Detroit City.

No dog in the USL Eastern Conference final, but I wouldn't be mad about RIFC's run ending tonight. 😏

I was pleased to see all the photos from RIFC's first game at the brand-new stadium in Pawtucket yesterday.
It seemed like some all-too-rare good news out of Rhode Island -- and, specifically, Pawtucket, which has had its share of knocks recently.
I'd love to go to a game at some point.

A nil nil draw despite a strong showing from @rhodeislandfc.bsky.social in the first half. Was this another game where 3 points slipped through #RIFC's fingers?

Announcers in recap call RIFC's goal "the first goal in the history of this stadium" to tie the game 1-1. Wonder where the first goal took place. #NERevs

Great play from Portland defensive midfielder Diogo Barbosa to stop RIFC's passing move up the middle, create a turnover off the ensuing backpass, and then sprint into the box to draw a penalty kick. Brightest team performance of the year as Hearts lead 2-0.

Mayor Harrell and Rob Saka have announced a "collaborative solution" around left turn access on Delridge Way, the subject of Saka's $2 million budget proviso.
It includes more pick-up and drop-off zones and a "jug handle" turnaround, along with explicitly allowing drivers to park in the bus lane.

Halftime - Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC 2, Rhode Island FC 0
Outstanding first half by the hosts, who've handled RIFC's forward line well and keep winning battles for possession in midfield. Two tremendous goals to put them firmly in control. #USLChampionship #COSvRI

8-1 in the 82nd minute. If it ended we would have the highest goal differential in a game this season.

Alright. A valiant effort from #UpTheHearts. Kept fighting (…literally?) to the final whistle. Some heroics from RIFC's keeper sealed it. Need to practice being up a man.

I find the timing of RIFC’s home opener postponement announcement awfully suspicious. Yeah we got a metric fuckload of snow but there’s time to clear it.
They know the strike is on.
