#Services!It's
Why are libraries considering more cuts to weekend services? It's a mystery.
day 2 of candy crush regionals is heating up

It’s not a “savings” if you’re getting fewer services in exchange. I’m still paying the same taxes!

i like when social media platforms have proper moderation services that keeps it’s users safe

Oh, it's when OTHER people receive services (or handouts).

As a local cop, I’d like to say that dismantling of social services by the federal government, which helps fund vital services & programs for my neighbors, is insane.
It’s anti-fiscal
It’s anti-smart
It’s anti-community
And
It’s pro-misery
It’s pro-cruelty
Hell, it’s pro-crime

The amount of money the administration is promising in order to buy votes is significantly less than the amount of money it is taking away in programs and services. And it's OUR money!

...and it's going to happen again if they let Kooky McBrainworms Jr. anywhere near Health and Human Services.

If Trump is serious about tariffs on movies, it's a very dangerous escalation. Tariffs have not traditionally been applied to services, and the United States is a massive net exporter of services. We would be extremely vulnerable to any service-based retaliation.
Trump says movies produced outside the U.S. are a national security threat. So he’s imposing a 100% tariff on all movies that are “produced in foreign lands.”

This. Never take online services for granted. Never be 100% dependent on them as they come and go.

When services become ie. boomerland Facebook or zombiebot Twitter, services not respecting their users, it's time to ask for a change.

Let the old and bad services die so the change can happen.

-but this is a transitional period for social media, and you gotta keep at it. idk if it is an age thing or whatever, but I went from Myspace to LJ to tumblr to twitter as a kid and idk, platforms die. You always gotta start over. It's ok. It is just how it is.

Lutheran Social Services is one of the largest employers in South Dakota, operating senior living facilities across the state. Republicans are shutting it down

Perhaps more concerning is Mike Flynn, known foreign asset, having access to this data?

I guess it’s important to communicate that MAHA is fundamentally an movement by individuals to capture health care dollars by lying to people about having products and services that work
When my wife’s Meta algorithms sniffed out that she’s pregnant a bunch of medical crankery started aggressively filing into her Facebook and Instagram feeds. “MAHA moms” happen because there is a lot of money being spent strategically preying on women going through a stressful experience.

ALSOBROOKS: Can you name which office the Safe to Sleep campaign operates out of?

RFK Jr: Which campaign?

ALSOBROOKS: The one the senator asked you about just two minutes ago

RFK Jr: It's ACF

ALSOBROOKS: No, actually it's Health and Human Services

It’s not just Medicaid funding they’re withholding to MN. It’s food assistance, child care assistance, social services, job training, safety testing, public health, disaster relief. SNAP. Free lunch for kids in school.

They hate us for loving our neighbors, and are collectively punishing us for it.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem is under scrutiny for a $50M Gulfstream jet request, funded by the Coast Guard's budget. It's a misuse of taxpayer money and prioritizes luxury over essential services.#AdminOfGrift

The Big Fucked Up Bill, is NOT a spending bill.

It’s a government restructuring bill, that consolidates power in the executive, defunds critical services to the point of absurdity, removes the power of our courts to enforce the law and dramatically curtails voting rights.

It’s Project 2025

phew, good thing carney killed the digital services tax to appease trump. it’s working out great!
Trump just posted a letter to Truth Social saying he’s imposing a 35% tariff on goods coming from Canada and if Canada retaliates the number will go up.

Starting August 1, of course, leaving plenty of time for tacos.

I’m in DC and I sincerely hope none of you need government services because they are absolutely gutting all departments and agencies. It’s wild.

Live services have poisoned the video game well so much people no longer understand the concept of "a game came out, I played it, it's good, that's all"

I would be surprised if the government didn't shut down.

It's the only way to find out what services people didn't know they were missing.

Those are the ones Elon will say " see, no one noticed you were closed. Goodbye "

It's time to stand up and speak out.

Call (202) 224-3121 and tell your representatives to not let Donald Trump and his administration take away your services.

Be clear. $8 billion was an error. They misread $8 million! And it’s not saving. It’s cutting services, necessary research, assistance to millions here and overseas, and enforcement of laws that protect consumers and workers.
