I worked in a Fed office full of francos in Ottawa where no one used that c. Ditto in the franco NB uni earning my BEd, NS, PEI, Nfld, PQ, Sask, & StPierre et Miquelon where I also studied. I live in Acadie, the home of many, many LeBlanc. That c is meant to be seen but never spoken or heard. Adieu.
