TBH, this is exactly how blockchain was being pushed in the tech sector before AI took over. Blockchain's value is even more niche and also shouldn't have been pushed into everything.

Blockchain's biggest limitation is scalability. Until that issue is solved with the proof-of-work, public ledger model, it will only be a novelty, imo.
