I think the point was truth and reconciliation, and a replacement of rights and land can work to bring violently warring groups together who can then live in a country together

I think your issue with the one state solution is that you only see it annexation and dispossession rather than truth and reconciliation. In the same way you see a two state solution as peaceful segregation rather than a militarily enforced separation of two groups feeling dispossessed of their land

It really is quite shocking how many people believe this. We need something akin to a truth and reconciliation commission and there need to be consequences. A large part of this country, specially it's political class seem to be allergic to accountability.
