Our comment on “Raising Health Awareness in Rural Communities” is finally published in REStat (MIT Press). But the retraction we had been told was coming never happened. Can lawyers derail a retraction? This case raises that uncomfortable question. 🧵
I most say this has been an absurd process. Even half of the authors withdrew their names. Yet it becomes a comment vs bs answer as usual. It’s impossible to set the record straight.
