Jobcentre Plus is a centrally-controlled, one-size-fits-all institution which is incoherent in the context of English devolution. Our new report argues that it should be scrapped.

The risk difference caused by wearing masks to a bar - a place where people eat, drink, and, uh, make merry - is extremely small. I would not be surprised if the benefit was genuinely too small to measure outside of perhaps the height of flu season.
