There are essentially three things that most Americans are currently united in their hatred of: corporate landlords, data centers and Flock cameras.

I am a little curious if there is evidence that corporate landlord are worse than mom-and-pop landlords. my personal experience is probably "it depends". There are no doubt some very bad 'corporate' landlords, especially out-of-market types. But I've also seen very bad local mom-and-pop landlords
