So to address this, we created a tool that allows performing kymograph analysis on a line that moves and change over time.

It's implemented as a #TrackMate extension, that you will use to track the extremities of the kymograph line over time

The images in this work are amazing, but.
Sometimes the signal coming from the organelles was low. Since they travel along a line, the TNT, image analysis techniques that are based on dimensionality, like kymographs (imagej.net/tutorials/ge...), should work well
