Now sit in judgement over teachers rather than supporting them .

I don’t know what it costs in total. But its data is flawed in many different ways (for eg, all those SEN children who mysteriously disappear from school rolls) and how can it be value for money when experienced staff’s health is being broken to the point that many are leaving the profession?

Agreed. But I do think the odious arranged marriage of an unworldly 19 year old girl with a 32 year old man who was already attached elsewhere (stage managed by the monarchy of the time) should get some retrospective attention from the press, and *that* should be headline news, however.

As a ‘naturalised’ Yorkshire person (a Londoner born and bred, now lived here for 40 years) I think there is a lot to recommend this. Give us back our Ridings in full and a devolved administration! And I think Cornwall deserves the same. @mayorofwy.bsky.social #Yorkshire
