Im 42 and maybe its my middle age. But i have recently fell in love with the gym. Running sucks. But the feeling after! Omg! Today, weights with a buddy to push me, followed by relaxing times with my girls and an early night with my book. Rock n roll or what 🤘🏻 #mensmentalhealth #mentalhealthmatters

Well thats my first day of dry Jan done. Not because of the trend. But because Im on the ol mounjaro and this feels like a good opportunity to see just how much the booze adds to my weight in a measured way. #mjsky #mounjaro #dryjan #dryjansky

One draw back to allotmenteeeing is that its just work, work, work. Just never a second to relax.

Rather sad in a way, i managed a good few months here without having to block negative postings. Particularly in the gardening areas. First one just blocked, they are sneaking in. Just let people enjoy their lives. A critical analysis by a 3rd party is not required

In a strange twist of fate. I find that on a Sat/Sun. I really enjoy waking up early (5ish) amd enjoying the calmness of the world at this time. Some music and a little bit of me time is priceless.
