The most important values I hold dear to my heart are found in this wonderful basket. They are under grave threat at this time. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are the center of what I hope for my dear country Canada. It is what seperates us from our neighbour and I will defend them. I will resist.

What is more approprite than a bookstore to illustrate what freedom means. Freedom of thought, the right to assemble and freedom of speach where people can express their thoughts openly. Evil men fear this. My cities new central library a place to do just that. Ukrainians want the same freedom.

Bloody hell! Late to this post and angry. The beast in Moscow is inceasingly backed into a corner and he is now baring his fangs. If we in the west continue to cower we lose the opportunity to end this beast and we are not even dying for it. The beasts the world over are emboldened. Love to Ukraine.

This coffee shop could be anywhere in Canada like right up the street from my place a few blocks away. People finding connection, conversation and a semblance of peace and quiet. That said, it is in Kyiv, Ukraine where the soulless beast in Moscow is desperate to destroy it. He must be stopped.
