Gonna try to try Metroid out after I beat Chain of Memories. @jiorujaypera.bsky.social always wanted to give me their copy of Prime 1 on GameCube but I want to give these games a fair shot. Still trying to play games on their own terms so I do want to try to go in a chronological order for these.

This is a little mean but I also think the idea that “AI must be taught in college” is an older generation projecting their own tech incompetency and anxiety onto a younger one. It sounds interchangeable from saying “TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat should be taught in college,“ which is just lame.

You all need to actually step up and understand why trans and GNC people have real concerns with your solidarity if it means our rights must be sacrificed to protect yours (for now, until they make their way down the list to you and your friends)

The way people talk about classic video games makes me really sad sometimes. Makes me think about the guy who said that "everything needs to be remade eventually", because I think this is an unspoken/unexplored thought in the minds of many. It's just kind of tragic to me.
