I wanted to ask, why people like this one character, but then I realised he has the same vibe as other character I don't like (tho in this other character's case it's a pure hatred) and I suddenly understood, why.

Geez, some of my friends have mindsets of boomers, who say that they're tolerant and open-minded, but then there are topics they talk about and sound like this one British witch.
Are they even aware, who can hear/read their conversations, or they think that everyone in their circle think like them?

I was convinced that Gosling's characters have so strong plot armor that they're like roaches and don't die, unless they're very old, because that's what I saw in his films before.
