My perspective on any elected official who is stating that Trump shouldn’t be impeached or prosecuted, is that they are protecting themselves against that type of future action and accountability because they, too, are crooked af.

We watched Backrooms last night. It’s intense, and there is a lot going on, thematically speaking. I felt the compression of the rooms, and the disorientation, yet I found myself on very familiar ground despite having never seen this movie before because many of my nightmares look like the film.

I’ve been to 2 different fall festivals today with my husband. We’re now at a favorite local spot for dinner. This morning before leaving, I clocked myself focusing on what could go wrong - my anxiety trying to take the helm - and I cut it off and decided to just look forward to the day. It worked.🫶
