Let’s go a step further and note that this same trend is present in the US: multiple conservative white men don’t just have nonwhite partners, their partners are of ASIAN descent specifically
This can tell us a lot about which racial groups see anti-Blackness as an essential part of assimilation

Have y’all caught on to the conservative playbook yet? It goes something like this: claim or imply that a *radical* or *fundamental* change, very clearly aimed at privileging white and/or Christian and/or cishet people, has been some longstanding tradition or is innocent

So I’ve been working on doing it for my health: really keeping track of how my mood is improved, how I feel more relaxed in my body, and how I don’t feel so overwhelmed, when I’m exercising regularly

I liked quite a few tracks from the #Chloe and #Timbaland album, but it definitely didn’t have lasting power
…because, in my opinion, #Halle pulls something out of Chloe and vice-versa. I just think Halle helps her sister connect emotionally and spiritually to her voice in a way no one else can 😭
