Taking the plunge & finally going to try talking to a therapist about how not fun a place my head has been lately. Terrified yet hopeful & dreading how much crying will probably occur. The best part was how cool the person I asked for a rec was about it. Asking for help works, who’d have thought? 🤷♀️
