Did I preorder the Ocarina of Time Switch 2? Yes. Also, the child that said that doesn't know it yet, but she's the likely recipient of my current Switch 2. So everybody wins, really.

This is frankly the only opinion that matters on the subject. :P
I just watched the Zelda direct. Literally shaking. Drained. No more tears to cry. Dead. Happy dead. Delirious. Help.

Mind-numbing. Everyone talks about how X is algorithmically designed to sow discord, but it's starting to become clear that the algorithm doesn't need to help; we're just wired to hate on stuff now. Makes me sick.
The worst part about getting something you're genuinely excited about is going online and having people tell you why you shouldn't be excited about it. My jaw fell open when I saw the remake's graphics and I teared up during the trailer. Then I go on Bluesky and see people dunking on it? Misery.
