So the allergist called today. I’d had nothing on my skin prick test and was so confused; blood test finally showed I am in fact allergic to DUST MITES. Frickin dust mites.
i've been trialling not taking anti-histamines every day, which means mystery splotchy forearm rashes have re-entered my life (i went outside to pick beans at lunch & here we are).

Have made four generous batches of pesto this week, coming out to like $10 a batch just for the parmesan & pine nuts alone. three were for the freezer. I think it's worth it? Jarred pesto is so terrible.

I went to adult gymnastics drop-in for the first time last night; my goal is to learn how to do a handstand & a cartwheel; I was prepared for pikes, pike push-ups, etc. I was *not* prepared for being asked to do a forward roll. And I couldn't! I was too scared. I had to roll into the foam pit.
