what really enraging is this was the easiest fucking thing in the world to see coming too. like, did people seriously think a bunch of goons throwing innocent people in vans all over the place on tv was gonna be popular?
When will the people who argued in April 2025 that Democrats should stay silent on immigration own up to being frankly just disastrously wrong about the politics of mass deportations? Their punditry basically bordered on enablement

there are not enough federal goons to hold a single american city of a million people
