in humanoid robot movies the dilemma is always "the robot is programmed to perform humanity's grimmest tasks, but cannot love or be loved and will never feel the joy of holding a baby in its arms" but tech bros are like "great news, I just coded BabyHoldr 4.1 so I don't have to hold my baby anymore"

I spent today programming a new mechanic for fun, pole swinging! I think the professional name for these are H-Poles (Horizontal Pole). They are found in many platformers, the inspiration for mine being Psychonauts. Very basic, still needs polish! #mods #gamedev
