From June 29. The case against Terrion Arnold is flimsy if you bother to read beyond the headlines. No wonder four or five teams were interested.
The judge summarized that the state did not produce any evidence that Arnold was present at the assault or any evidence off of his phone, and currently the only evidence connecting Arnold to the crime is the testimony of the two co-defendants facing life. Interesting!
