My ancient PC can't support internet access anymore - the latest versions of various browsers simply are not supported on that old operating system, but that is perfectly fine. I brought it home to clean up the files on it and to use it as a sort of media management machine.

As a character study for La’an this episode of SNW works and is on par with the Level Five Transporter Accident as a character study for Spock, but with 10 episodes a season, and this being the second to last episode of the second to last season, was this really the best use of time? I don’t know.

Somehow I’ve tweaked my right ankle by just…walking around my apartment. I think I overextended it or something. That’s the former club foot ankle and it’s often a problem.

Attempted to browse some jobs this evening and just ended up feeling extremely depressed and discouraged with life. Nothing I see feels like it's "right" and I don't have the experience needed for a lot. I need a higher paying job. I just want to be comfortable and not worry about every expense.

I for one won’t be watching and hope that JK is in for a rude awakening. It’s also pretty crazy to be this overly confident about rehashing your already adapted books with lesser known actors.

Two of my favourite swag received from different people at DragonCon. I was given the raccoon while I was dressed in my raccoon onesie. It came with a “blessing from Jimothy”. The dumpster fire was in a little bag of DCC-related items (haven’t read books, no idea if dumpster fire is part of it).

As a person who snores myself, I have no right to complain about others snoring and I can usually ignore it and sleep just fine. I love my friends, but tonight I’m thankful for my quiet room at home. I *do* have a snoring cat, but that’s quite different.

Roof saga, part ♾️: Went to office a little after 10am, before heading out to errands. Explained how I’m going out of town next Wednesday and am worried the leak will be exposed due to the tarp being damaged. Said they’d try to get a new tarp up today cause they have them on hand.
