Ok, so I would 💯 encourage my child(ren) to be physicians. I love my colleagues & patients, the skill set, the job security, even the peds pay isn’t a deal breaker.

But my kid is a fairly mediocre test taker, particularly for standardized tests, and this worries me a lot….
