Mohamed Abdukardir Ali fick totalt 648 personröster i Dalarnas län.

European gas is above €82/MWh - the highest since late 2022. Hormuz remains largely shut and gas storage is at 68% going into winter.

None of this started in Europe but we pay for it.

The only exit is using less gas. Heat pumps, electrified industry, insulation.

As I’ve been explaining: the mega-VCs can now sell their investment in a company to *another one of their own funds*, and capture the increase in valuation between rounds on their books—even if the company they invested in has never had any products, revenues or profits. anildash.com/2026/09/02/c...

“Dutch people cycle an average of 2.6km each per day. If this pattern was replicated worldwide, annual carbon emissions would drop by 686 million tonnes.

This mammoth figure exceeds the entire carbon footprint of most countries, including the UK, Canada, Saudi Arabia and Australia.” @euronews.com
Cycling like the Dutch would slash the world’s carbon footprint
If everybody cycled like the Dutch, we could offset the UK or Australia’s entire carbon footprint.

The leveraged ETF craze is literally changing the stock market's structure. $200 billion allocated to 700 funds, with a notional value of $500. The assets are 13:1 leveraged long vs short. It's mostly exposure to tech. This explains the intraday whipsaw activity in names like Micron and Sandisk.

The Netherlands has introduced a €49 monthly ticket for unlimited nationwide train travel—a bold political response to soaring energy costs.

When prices at the pump rise, you can either double down on car dependency, or give people attractive alternatives. The Dutch are (again) choosing the latter.
