I really want an open world game where the main story is like "Oh shit bruh the world's gonna end but like we've got a year to prepare for it and a shit-ton of downtime in between because we don't know what we're doing. Go do sidequests I guess."

I've now played through Look Outside twice.
It's absolutely fantastic. Often horrifying, occasionally very funny, and brought me to tears a few times. As an RPG, it works. The dialogue occasionally takes a sharp turn into realism, and the primary message is compassion.
Plus indie game, so 10/10

I've now played through Look Outside twice.

I do think it's important to sort through your following every now and then. There's a temptation to follow every good artist but I think it actually dilutes the experience.
One, the algorithm isn't actually going to show you most of the people you follow.
