Hahahaha! I'm still not going to root for the Steelers again until Rodgers is gone, but even he realizes what a bag of shit he's been peddled (& been a part of peddling).

Tired: Irrational Exuberance
Wired: Unsustainable Silliness
"But I am seeing the first signs of what feels to me like unsustainable silliness, of random new neocloud popping up, people claiming that they're going to build gigantic amounts of compute next year that I think they don't have the revenue to support or a buyer." - Sam Altman on a datacenter bubble

The Colour Literacy Project has just put out a PDF, "Advances in Colour Literacy", an "ongoing publication dedicated to documenting & advancing the collective project of understanding colour more fully and teaching it more responsibly."
Looks very nice, available on their website!

PabloReports: What do you make of Trump saying Americans who oppose data centers are backwards and poor?

AOC: I mean, how about we put one in Mar-a-Lago? I love that. Let’s put a data center at Mar-a-Lago, and we’ll see how backwards and poor he is in response to that.

Trump, empowered by SCOTUS, entered office convinced he could do insider trading, sell pardons and favors, take bribes, steal and openly flout the law. Now, with the prospect of investigations looming, he is growing ever more fearful that he miscalculated.

I'm growing fewer peppers this year—and fewer varieties, too—but still enough to dry and grind into 3½ small jars of mixed hot peppers. Should still be more later this fall. Blend of ghost (Bhut jolokia), diablo rojo, red Fresno, and jalapeño peppers.

I know this would be closing the barn door after he horse has been reelected president, but if Democrats win both chambers I'd really like to see a concurrent resolution deeming January 6 an insurrection under 14(3).

It's amazing to me that in an age of GPUs everywhere, we can't have live video processed in a way that allows sporting events in sun & shadow to both be seen properly exposed.

This person is talking about FIFA and USMNT but it feels like it could also apply to this past term at SCOTUS.
The whole thing was corrupt bullshit to fix the incompetent bullshit on the field which was compounded by a lack of formal process to fix said bullshit before the intervention of presidential bullshit.
