I will say this, though. Arabs make up 1/5 of Israel's population. For decades their turnout has been low at elections.
If the exit polls are accurate, then Arab parties may have won as many as 18 seats, almost 1/6 of the total, which means it will be impossible to ignore them - a very good thing.

Tempting as it is to Monitor The Situation, it's best to wait for the final results rather than rely on the exit polls.

It's a state in which even the NYT does not consider Palestinian citizens - 20% of Israel's citizenry - as equal citizens whose vote should be counted.
