16 years tuning Vocaloid songs and my feelings are still the same... I like the results, I enjoy the fact that I can hack Japanese phonemes to make them sing in Spanish pretty effectively, buuuut the process itself is still a painful drag 🫠

AI is mainly championed by ppl who bluffed their way through life, never understanding how anything works. When AI promised to offload thinking from humans, they went "Finally, we can ALL drop the act!" only to be met with blank stares. So it's either embrace AI or admit they are failures as people.

This is something that gets me down as an artist. It hurts to spend days/weeks/months/years on a project and have people assume you hit a button.
