Something gnawing at me re: Arch Manning and Holly Rowe nonsense. HR didn’t do anything to offend Texas or Steve Sarkisian. In fact, she was just doing her job and coach was rude. So, the AI video of her getting slapped is “a good one” just because she was a woman on a football field doing her job?

What happened to the Major Questions Doctrine? Seems to me that if Congress wanted to empower the Postal Service to regulate elections, it would have said so. How 'bout that, Sam and Clarence?

I've always thought Jeffrey Sutton was overrated, except that he has a tremendous ability to say dumb things confidently in public. Here, I zoom in on some of Sutton's recent remarks, in particular his approach to the law-politics distinction (fiction).
